  • How Can I Order?
    Orders can be placed on our website or Instagram direct message, however, confirmation of all orders is done by our Hotline Number 1 (246) 266-1994 in the form of a WhatsApp message or phone call confirming the product selection, size, delivery or collection and the respective total based on the aforementioned. Additionally, customers can WhatsApp or Call our Fever Hotline Number directly with the information listed above.
  • What Payment Methods Can I Use?
    Payments can be made via online transfers with the BPWCCUL, FCIB 1st Pay and Cash.
  • Do You Offer Delivery/Collection?
    We offer both delivery and collection with our two (2) current collection points being Tudor Bridge St. Michael and Kirton's, St. Philip which are free of charge. Delivery is available island wide in Barbados from Monday - Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with limited delivery spots on Sundays. All deliveries outside of our scheduled hours that are not the result of an internal delay, will be subject to an additional convenience fee of $5.00. Requests for same day delivery after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the delivery are subject to an additional $3.00 same day delivery fee. Moreover, meets ups along our daily route are available and will be subject to our meet up fee of $5.00. Please see our delivery policy and fees which vary per day.
  • How Can I Cancel My Order?
    There is a grace period of twenty-four (24) hours after the purchase has been completed for the order to be cancelled and refunded in full. All orders surpassing the twenty-four (24) hour timeline that are not the result of an internal error, will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee with the remaining balance being refunded to the customer.
  • How Can I Return Items, And Will I be Refunded?
    There is a grace period of twenty-four (24) hours after the purchase has been completed for defective products to be returned and refunded in full. In the event a defect is highlighted outside of the twenty-four (24) hour window, the customer will be refunded in store credit.
