​We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from Fever Lingerie - however we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. Thus, on selected items we offer an easy, no-hassle 7-day return policy for all ONLINE purchases.
You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
However, we do not offer a return/refund on (delicate) items purchased from our online store.
ERRORS | DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We can offer you a refund or exchange the item for you. We are also willing to provide you with store credit, if preferred.
Customers should exercise due diligence before purchasing products as we would not take liability for any illness, injury or other adverse effect resulting from the misuse of any of our products.
